Job Summary;

– Act as BU Process Safety Program Focal Point (IVB, Process Safety Audit, Safety Case Compliance, Process Safety Fundamental).

– Facilitate for delivering the Risk Assessment process to all department within BU.

– Liaise with other department related to Process Safety matters (Program and Activity)

Oversee, strive and proactive for promoting Process Safety Culture in Indonesia Business Unit.

– Lead incident investigation related to Process Safety.

– Subject Matter Expert for Process Safety emergency event.

– Lead BU Process Safety Audit

– Mentoring and coaching for development for Technical Safety Engineer

– Alternate BU Key member in Corporate Project Assurance Process

– Delegation of Authority of Technical Safety Manager when the Manager is unavailable.

– Assist TS Manager to develop BU Process Safety yearly program, medium and longer term


• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline.

• Direct Contract employment status.

• Indonesia Nationality.


• More than 15 years-experience within Upstream Oil and Gas industry in various of Engineering and Supervisory position in Worldwide Oil & Gas Engineering Companies and Oil &Gas Operators.


•In-depth knowledge in Process Safety and Safety Engineering within Engineering Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operation of Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas with also knowledgeable in Process Safety of Project and Drilling.

•In-depth knowledge of oil and gas process safety management including the details of offshore operations and support requirements.

•In-depth knowledge of International and Local Oil & Gas Process Safety Regulations, Standards Procedures and Policies.

Job Summary;

• Responsibilities as Focal Point to handle Technical and Operational current HR Information System (People Portal) and Corporate ‘s new HRIS System (Success Factor) and also new Corporate HR Learning (My Track),  as well as on-going development of HR Performance Management (Culture Amp).

• Responsible to manage and maintaining Data Quality of Personnel Database from time to time, and analyzing and provide report to support Management. Also as focal point related to HR system to internal BU Indonesia, Corporate and other BU as required.


• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Indonesia Nationality.


• 10 years of HRIS/HR System support experience required.

• Have minimum 5-7 years Human Resources Operations Knowledge and / or Experience.


• Have knowledge and skills to Data Management and Analysis Experience.

• Ability to handle confidential material and details.

• Preferably have experiences, Skills and Knowledge of SAP Success Factor.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Words, PowerPoint, Excel) and Data Management Tools (FoxPro, MSSQL Server, Oracle, MySQL Server, etc.).

• Proficient in Programming Language such as Visual Basic, C++, Borland Delphi, ASP, PHP and Dot NET Tech., Crystal Report.

• Ability to work interdependent and as part of a Team.

• Resilient, Self-Motivated, Results-Oriented.

• Comfortable to communicate in English (spoken and written).

Responsible and accountable for;

• Assuring the integrity of all static equipment (pressure system and piping) and its inspection regime across PONSBV is well managed as per Static Integrity Management Standard set up by Corporate.

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, executing and analyzing integrity management activities indicated there for topside facilities RBI inspection, flexible hose inspection, Loose Lifting Equipment and advanced NDT (CUI, CUPS, Dead-legs)

• Assure accurate and up to date database and software for integrity management activities are provided as per company standards.


• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.

• Membership of professional and industry associations is preferred.

• Direct Contract employment status.

• Indonesia Nationality.


• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas or related industries in managing asset integrity program.

• Have specific experiences in developing and performing of RBI program.

• Experience in managing asset lifetime extension and fit for service analysis is preferable


• Strong knowledge on RBI program and Asset Integrity Management.

• Familiar with Government Legislation, Regulations, Engineering Standards such as ASNT, API, ASTM and any other relevant Legislation. API580 certification is advantage.

• Strongly Computer literate, preferably Risk Base Inspection Software.

• Understand QHSES aspects related with areas of responsibility.

• Experience in Contract Development and Management.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
