Industrial Relation and Expat Permit Manager

(Jakarta)

Job Descriptions

• Ensure that all employees comply with Company’s rules and regulation as written on Company’s Standard Guidelines

• Ensure that all HR Policy, procedures, practice and other employment arrangement are comply with existing Government regulations

• Managing and handling expatriate permit

• Managing employee relationship through counselling for preventive action

• Advice and support all leaders on employee relation matters to ensure grievances and performance issues are managed effectively in each Department area

• Conduct Investigation on alleged misconducts/serious violation which may lead to termination

• Ensure all process of disciplinary action are compliance with the prevailing law

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Law School

• Minimum 15 years experience in industrial relation issue

• Have strong knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting

• Has strong   interpersonal skills, conflict management and collaboration skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written

• Has high level of integrity, sound analytical thinking, problem solving and self-driven

• Able to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines

• Good command in English

• Good command in Mandarin is a plus

Industrial Relation Superintendent

Compensation & Benefit Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures

• Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures

• Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation

• Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues

• Supporting the internal HR team with recruitment and talent management activities

• Developing incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs

Requirements:

Resources Development Drilling Superintendent

(Konawe)

Responsibilities:

• Apply, monitoring and supervise drilling activity  inline with SCM rules, HSEC, assurance and compliace related activities

• Plan exploration drilling for new resources discovery, development and resources conversion

• Supporting in greenfield and district exploration plan (reconnaissance, mapping and scout drill)

• Plan exploration drilling budget, manpower and supporting project analysis

• To control and coordinator operational exploration drilling and coordinate with all Contractor

• Inspection, assesment and commisioning drilling rig, heavy equipment and others exploration equipment.

• Monitor QaQc best practices in exploration and sample accordance to global standard an codes (JORC and KCMI)

• Monitoring validate and evaluation exploration data to determine geological layer and laterite characteristic

• Prepare exploration data for section database and resources modelling

• Provide standard protocol and procedures for exploration drilling activity

• Provide exploration services and support for development in relation to mine, operation and infrastructure

• Evaluate exploration drilling project based on progress, achievement, budget and timeline

• Cooperation at integrated exploration report

• Develop exploration drilling techniques (geology, geochemistry, geophysics dan remote sensing) for evaluate and resources

• Manage the quality, safety, and enviromental performance of contractor drilling

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology Engineering

• Minimum 7-8 years of exploration-related experience (Sr. level), technical knowledge in geology, resources delineation, database, QaQc, economic geology & nickel exploration, knowledge in budget & build teams, POP/POM, Software Geological modelling, etc

HR Superintendent

Mine Operation Supervisor

Job Descriptions

• To control and evaluate all operating areas: Loading Point, Stock pile (Dumping ore area), Hauling and Waste Dump access so that everything can run smoothly, safely and in accordance with targeted time

• Arrange and control the Cut and Fill IKIP Project

• Control the recording and production system every hour

• Conduct coaching and counselling as well as regular performance review to subordinates

• Full responsible for the achievement of hourly production in ongoing shifts by evaluating any production problems through CCR for immediate improvement

• Monitor unit damage trends and breakdown schedules so that they can be regulated, maintained and adjusted to continue to produce production according to production targets

• Conducting mobile inspections and eliminating potential hazards in the scope of work before the shift so that everything can run smoothly, safely and in accordance with the predetermined target time

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent

Mine Training Supervisor

• To plan and prepare training programs for mining heavy equipment and other supporting facilities based on training needs analysis (TNA)

Job Descriptions

• Monitor and control work directly and independently but coordinated in accordance with the work daily instruction issued daily

• Respond and execute as soon as possible the Supervisor’s instructions while still following the SOP and prioritizing safety aspects according to the production targets that have been set

• Monitor work progress every hour so that any obstacles can be solved as soon as possible

• Coordinate with the Mechanical team related to breakdown and to estimate Ready for use production units, so that can be arranged and adjusted to the field requirements, so that production is still achieved according to the targeted time

• Control and evaluate all delegated areas of operation: PIT, Stock pile, etc

• Coordinated with the Supervisor if required in each forum meeting at the PIT View point
